Clementi help for families and students
Clementi sits between NUS, SIM and Ngee Ann Polytechnic, with Clementi Mall and the town centre market at its core. The mix includes long standing HDB estates, newer blocks like Clementi Peaks and condos along Clementi Avenue 1 and West Coast Road.
Room rentals near the campuses bring a constant stream of study desks and bed frames to assemble, rooms to repaint between tenants and small moves at the end of each semester.
