Get odd jobs and everyday tasks done across the UK
Post free, compare bids from local taskers and pay into a secure hold in pounds.
Taskeeu connects people who need a hand with locals who can help, whether that is a man and van for a flat move in Hackney, an end of tenancy clean in Leeds or a wardrobe to build in Cardiff. Posting a task is free and taskers bid for free.
You choose who to hire, pay the agreed price in GBP into a secure payment hold, and the tasker is paid when you give them your 6-digit completion code. Tasks can be done in person at your postcode or remotely online.

Why Taskeeu
- Free to post and bid Posting a task costs nothing and taskers bid for free, so you can compare prices before you commit.
- Payment held securely Your money sits in a hold until you release it with a 6-digit completion code.
- Verified local taskers Taskers verify their identity and right to work in the UK before they can bid.
- Clear fees Taskeeu keeps 20% of the task price from the tasker payout. Tips and extras go to the tasker in full.
Taskers verify their identity and right to work before bidding, upload photo proof of finished work, and both sides leave compulsory reviews. Keep messages and payments on Taskeeu. For gas work use a Gas Safe registered engineer, for fixed electrical work use a qualified electrician, and for waste removal ask for the tasker's waste carrier registration.
Frequently asked questions
Is it free to post a task?
Yes. Posting a task is free and taskers bid for free. You only pay the price you agree with the tasker you choose.
How do I pay?
You pay in pounds by card or a local payment method, processed by Rapyd, into Taskeeu's secure payment hold after you choose a tasker.
When is the tasker paid?
When the job is done you give the tasker your 6-digit completion code. That releases the payment from the hold, less Taskeeu's 20% service fee from the tasker's side.
What fee does Taskeeu charge?
Taskeeu keeps a 20% service fee from the tasker's payout of the task price. Any tip or extra amount you add goes to the tasker in full.
Can a tasker ask for money upfront?
A tasker can request an advance of up to 50% of the task price for materials or transport, such as van hire or paint. You decide whether to approve it.
Who can work as a tasker in the UK?
Taskers must be based in the UK, verify their identity with a passport or UK driving licence, and show their right to work, for example with a British passport or a share code.
Can I post a task that is done online?
Yes. Remote tasks need no address. Files are shared in the chat and the tasker uploads the finished work as proof, with the same payment hold.
Which areas does Taskeeu cover?
Tasks can be posted anywhere in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. How many taskers bid depends on how many are based near your postcode.
