Taskers verify their identity before bidding, upload photo proof of finished work, and both sides leave compulsory reviews. Keep messages and payments on Taskeeu. Electrical, gas, plumbing and drainlaying work, and restricted building work, must go to a licensed tradesperson.

What fee does Taskeeu charge?

Taskeeu keeps a 20% service fee from the tasker payout of the task price. Tips and any extra money you add go to the tasker in full.

Can taskers get money upfront?

A tasker can request an advance of up to 50% of the task price for materials or transport, and you decide whether to approve it.

Who can be a tasker in New Zealand?

People based in New Zealand who verify their identity and supply the required documents, including proof of the right to work for visa holders.

Can I post remote tasks?

Yes. Remote tasks need no address. Files are shared in the chat and the tasker uploads the finished work as proof, with the same payment hold.

Can I book licensed trade work?

Work that legally needs a licensed electrician, plumber, gasfitter or licensed building practitioner should go to someone holding that licence.
